<p><b>Contexte </b>: L’apprentissage en milieu clinique est à la fois le plus riche pour les apprenants (résidents ou externes) et le plus stressant pour le superviseur (médecin), en particulier dans un contexte de salle d’attente surchargée, de situations critiques multiples, etc. Pourtant, il existe diverses stratégies que le clinicien-enseignant peut appliquer dans son milieu pour garantir une formation en toute circonstance. Cet atelier s’adresse à tous les superviseurs qui souhaitent élargir leur coffre à outils pour offrir un enseignement non structuré de qualité à leurs apprenants. </p> \n<p><b>Objectifs </b>: • Comprendre le raisonnement clinique de l’apprenant; • Découvrir et appliquer des trucs et astuces pour la supervision en milieu clinique (one-minute preceptor, priming, et si, méthode orthopédique, observation et rôle-modèle, lions-tigres-ours, méthode socratique, SNAPPS, etc.). </p> \n<p><b>Stratégies pédagogiques actives utilisées </b>: En se basant sur le cadre théorique du raisonnement clinique, nous présenterons différentes stratégies, et les appliquerons avec multiples vignettes pédagogiques et jeux de rôles. </p> \n<p><b>Résultats anticipés pour les participants</b> : Grâce à la complémentarité de deux urgentistes et d’une experte scientifique sur le thème du raisonnement clinique, les participants repartiront de l’atelier avec des outils pratiques basés sur un modèle théorique robuste pour leur supervision en milieu clinique.</p>
