Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This document reports on the preparation of the new postgraduate course that is designed and implemented in Task 4.5 Design and implementation of common postgraduate courses. The main objective of this deliverable is to present the methodology and the steps that have been followed until M18 for the design of the postgraduate course. The methodology is divided in two parts: the first part concerns the methodology followed for the design of the course, that is based on the Dynamic Curriculum model while the second part presents the 5E model which is a framework followed for the content and implementation of the master course. Finally, the document presents the first draft summaries of the lesson that will be included in the master course. These summaries are a starting point that will help to analyse further and homogenize the course material before the final piloting.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
