Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kode etik dan kompetensi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap perilaku kerja guru di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu. Kode etik memiliki indikator meliputi norma hubungan guru dengan peserta didik, orang tua, rekan sejawat, masyarakat, profesi dan organisasi profesi serta pemerintah. Kompetensi memiliki indikator meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional. Perilaku kerja memiliki indikator meliputi keterampilan sosial, kualitas kerja, kebiasaan kerja dan pengendalian diri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu kelas VII, VIII, dan IX yang berjumlah 708 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, dan 10% dari masing-masing kelas sehingga sampel berjumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 25 dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda, diperoleh persamaan regresi sebesar Y = 0,620 + 0,291 X1 + 0,692 X2. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi variabel kode etik sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 dan nilai signifikansi variabel kompetensi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kode etik dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja guru di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu. Selain itu, hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kode etik dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja guru di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu. Kooefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square = 0,588, persentase pengaruh simultan kode etik dan kompetensi terhadap perilaku kerja sebesar 0,588 atau 58,8% dan sisanya sebesar 41,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kode etik dan kompetensi, maka semakin baik pula perilaku kerja guru.
