Abstract
Zusammenfassung: Wie gelingt es, ein betriebspädagogisches Konzept in ein handliches Arbeitsinstrument zu überführen? Diese Frage stellten sich Berufsbildende und Bildungsverantwortliche bei der Arbeit mit dem „Cognitive Apprenticeship“-Konzept (CAS). Um die Elemente des CAS kreativ zu kombinieren, ist das flexible Drehscheiben-Modell als Arbeitsinstrument entstanden.
