Abstract
La vague de pression que subissent les entreprises depuis quelques années est unique, en raison des circonstances exceptionnelles liées à la pandémie et aux événements géopoliques actuels. Pourtant, plusieurs changements dans l’organisation du travail semblent s’imposer de façon de plus en plus durable. Au gré de ces transformations, serions-nous en train d’échapper à une certaine forme de vigilance nécessaire pour prendre les décisions optimales et gérer efficacement nos équipes et nos organisations ?
