Abstract

La résilience à l’échelle d’un écosystème entrepreneurial (ÉE) rend compte d’un processus de transformabilité par lequel des acteurs résilients résorbent des tensions. Nous étudions celle-ci dans le contexte de trois ÉE malgaches par une analyse comparative de récits phénoménologiques des acteurs concernés. Nos résultats démontrent que la résilience peut être réactive ou proactive, comme observé ailleurs, mais fait ressortir un nouveau type, soit la résilience atone. Nos résultats soulignent que la résilience d’un ÉE implique un processus disruptif, une endogénéité et un encastrement du phénomène, ainsi qu’une perspective dialogique (collectif et individus).
