Abstract
Статья посвящена Второму Всесоюзному съезду учителей 1968 года в г. Москве. Лучшие учителя Чувашской АССР приняли участие в высшем форуме страны для обсуждения значимых учебно-воспитательных вопросов отечественного школьного образования. Актуальность статьи обусловлена необходимостью углубленного изучения опыта работы лучших учителей страны с целью его внедрения в процесс обучения и воспитания современных школьников. В региональной историографии эта тема еще не стала предметом специального изучения. Авторами вводятся в научный оборот новые архивные и справочные материалы, освещающие участие чувашской делегации на съезде учителей в Кремле. Всего на съезде был представлен 21 делегат, в их числе были Герой Советского Союза И. Г. Мешаков, Герой Социалистического Труда И. Н. Никифоров, министр просвещения Чувашской АССР Г. С. Сидоров, ректор Чувашского государственного педагогического института им. И. Я. Яковлева А. С. Марков и другие. Делегаты приняли активное участие в обсуждении Устава школы, актуальных проблем практической реализации среднего всеобуча в стране. Положительно накопленный педагогический опыт учителей – делегатов съезда может быть востребован в современных условиях модернизации российской системы The article is devoted to the Second All-Union Congress of Teachers in 1968 in Moscow. The best teachers of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic took part in the highest forum of the country to discuss significant educational issues of national school education. The relevance of the article is due to the need for an in-depth study of the experience of the best countries in order to introduce it into the process of teaching and educating modern schoolchildren. In regional historiography, the topic has not yet become the subject of special study. The authors introduce new archival and reference materials into scientific circulation, covering the participation of the Chuvash delegation at the congress of teachers in the Kremlin. In total, 21 delegates were represented at the congress, including Hero of the Soviet Union I. G. Meshakov, Hero of Socialist Labor I. N. Nikiforov, Minister of Education of the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic G. S. Sidorov, Rector of the I. Yakovlev Chuvash State Pedagogical Institute A. S. Markov and others. The delegates took an active part in the discussion of the School Charter, topical problems of the practical implementation of secondary education in the country. The positively accumulated pedagogical experience of teachers, delegates of the congress can be in demand in the modern conditions of modernization of the Russian secondary school education system. The article can also be used by students of pedagogical universities.
