Abstract
Cet article a pour objectif de démontrer les impacts économiques et sociaux de l’E-gouvernement sur lespopulations à travers les différentes initiatives entreprises par les Etats dans ce domaine. C’est la raison pourlaquelle nous avons essayé de mettre en valeur par le biais de cette recherche l’énorme potentiel de cettediscipline en Algérie et de faire le constat de ce qui est fait et de montrer le chemin de ce qu’il reste à faire enla matière. Cet article, a été ainsi organisé pour tout d’abord faire la lumière sur le concept de l’E-gouvernement. Ensuite, nous avons mentionné les conditions et les objectifs de l’E-gouvernement pourarriver à la fin à une conclusion générale qui contient un ensemble de résultats de de recommandations.
