Abstract
Les politiques en faveur de la création et de la promotion des PME ont eu un impact positif sur lacroissance du parc PME dans la wilaya de Tizi-Ouzou. Aussi, l’objectif de cet article est de savoir si lacroissance du parc PME profite équitablement à toutes les communes de la wilaya. On s’intéresse de savoirs’il y a ou non disparités spatiales dans la localisation des PME.Pour y répondre nous avons adopté une méthodologie, suivant une approche d’économie spatiale,descriptive et quantitative sur la base de la recherche documentaire et de l’analyse des données statistiquesdes organismes publics compétents.Il s’agit dans un premier temps d’énumérer les actions et politiques en faveur de la croissance duparc PME en Algérie. Dans un deuxième temps, nous analysons l’évolution du parc PME dans la wilaya deTizi-Ouzou, ainsi que sa répartition sectorielle et spatiale, à la recherche d’éventuelles disparités spatialesde localisation. Les résultats montrent l’existence de disparités à ces deux niveaux.
