Abstract
AbstrakKantor kesehatan pelabuhan memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam mewujudkan kondisi wilayah kerja bandara dan pelabuhan yang bebas dari penularan penyakit, sebagai salah satu fasilitas public, dalam mengutamakan kenyamanan dan keamanan pengguna fasilitas maka direncanakan Gedung Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Probolinggo yang terdiri dari 5 lantai dibangun dengan struktur baja. Perencanaan struktur atas pada gedung terdiri dari pelat atap, pelat lantai, balok, kolom dan core wall, serta struktur bawah yaitu pondasi. Analisis struktur gedung menggunakan STAAD.Prp v8i dan ETABS v.17. Perencanaan gedung mengacu pada literatur diantaranya Tata cara perhitungan Struktur Baja untuk bangunan (SNI 03-1729-2002), Perencanaan struktur baja berdasarkan Spesifikasi untuk Bangunan Gedung Baja Struktural (SNI 1729:2015) dan Tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk struktur bangunan gedung dan non gedung (SNI-1726-2012). Beban yang dianalisis yaitu beban mati, beban hidup dan beban gempa. Dari hasil analisa dan perhitungan diperoleh yaitu dimensi terhadap bangunan yang meliputi pelat lantai menggunakan dek baja gelombang dengan ketebalan 11 cm pada pelat 1-5, balok anak WF 250.250.9.14, balok induk WF 350.250.9.14 , kolom WF 400.300.10.16. Core wall dengan tulangan D16-200 dan sengkang 2 D16-200. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang dengan dimensi tiang 40 x 40 cm dengan kedalaman tiang 10 m, jumlah tiang bawah kolom 4 buah tiang dipakai dimensi pile cap bawah kolom 200 x 200 cm dengan tulangan D19-180, dan jumlah tiang bawah core wall 5 buah tiang dipakai dimensi pile cap bawah core wall 200 x 200 cm dengan tulangan D19-180.
