Esta obra demuestra el fracaso del proceso· de desregulación económica y financiera a lo largo de varias décadas. La pandemia de covid-19 solo evidenció el proyecto de los grandes inversionistas institucionales que han dominado a la humanidad: un mundo multipolar conducido por los bancos centrales para estabilizar las economías frente a la recesión y evitar la deflación a costa de la restricción del gasto social en educación, salud e infraestructura y un constante pago del servicio del endeudamiento del Sur Global.
