Variações anatômicas na origem dos ramos do arco aórtico: relato de caso

Abstract
Ao se estudar o sistema circulatório, encontramos um grande número de variações anatômicas que são observadas e documentadas com frequência na literatura, dentre estas variações, temos os ramos que se originam do arco aórtico. Nesta região, normalmente se originam três grandes vasos: o tronco arterial braquiocefálico, a artéria carótida comum esquerda e a artéria subclávia esquerda, esta é a disposição mais encontrada, mas na literatura frequentemente são relatadas algumas variações destes ramos. Diante disto, o objetivo do nosso estudo foi relatar duas variações dos ramos do arco aórtico, ambas no mesmo coração, pertencente ao Laboratório de Anatomia Humana da Faculdade de Medicina da FAP-Araripina, localizada no Estado de Pernambuco. Na primeira variação, a artéria carótida comum esquerda se origina do tronco braquiocefálico e a segunda observamos uma artéria vertebral esquerda aberrante, se originando diretamente do arco aórtico. O conhecimento destas variações é de suma importância para o diagnóstico clínico e procedimentos cirúrgicos.
