Abstract
Untuk mendukung penyelenggaraan PON XX Papua dibutuhkan vasilitas bangunan yang berupa rusun sebagai tempat tinggal para official serta atlet yang akan berlaga. Bangunan tersebut bertingkat 2 (dua) atau berlantai 3 (tiga) dengan struktur utamanya beton bertulang yang berlokasi di Jalan Kamizaun Merauke. Jangka waktu pembangunan yang membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang lebih cepat digunakan bangunan konstruksi baja karena produksi material yang dilakukan secara pabrikasi. Dalam hal ini konstruksi baja, sebaiknya perlu dilakukan perhitungan terhadap penggunaan anggaran biaya serta menghitung waktu pelaksanaan agar mengetahui mana saja item pekerjaan yang mempunyai waktu normal kerja dan waktu keritis. Tujuan Penelitian adalah untuk menghitung rencana anggaran biaya serta menghitung waktu pelaksanaan gedung wisma atlet dengan menggunakan konstruksi baja.
