PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN YANG STRATEGIS BAGI UMKM MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN SKALA RUMAH TANGGA

Abstract
UKM Makanan dan Minuman merupakan jenis UKM yang saat ini cukup berkembang di situasi ketidakpastian dan pandemi saat ini. Perkembangan usaha ini didukung oleh gebrakan inovasi yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing pemilik UKM. Salah satunya adalah usaha UKM “OpikJan”yang bergerak di bidang makanan dan minuman yang berada di kawasan kebraon. Pengembangan usaha UKM “OpikJan” berjalan cukup bagus tetapi tidak didukung dengan ketrampilan yang harus dimiliki seperti pencatatan pembukuan harian, di samping itu permasalahan kehigienisan perlengkapan proses produksi masih kurang, dan kemasan yang digunakan belum disertai label sebagai bagian bentuk pemasaran. Bagi pemilik, ketiga hal tersebut belum menjadi fokus utama dalam usaha ini. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah memberikan sosialisasi, pendampingan dan pelatihan kepada UKM “OpikJan” melipui proses produksi, manajemen pemasaran, dan pembukuan. Peserta di pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini berjumlah 1 orang yaitu pemilik dari UKM “OpikJan”. Metode pelaksanaan berupa observasi, persiapan, penyampaian materi secara tatap muka, pendampingan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat adalah peserta mampu mengimplementasikan proses produksi penggorengan yang benar, peserta sudah memiliki dan menggunakan kemasan dengan label terbaru, dan peserta sudah memahami, menjalankan, dan memiliki pencatatan pembukuan harian yang tertib.
