Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen (SPM) dan Inovasi Produk terhadap Efektifitas Perencanaan Laba. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri atas karyawan di 20 koperasi simpan pinjam yang berada di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan menyebar kuisioner dan diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 23. Penelitian ini menghasilkan uji t bahwa Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen berpengaruh terhadap Efektifitas Perencanaan Laba, Demikian pula dengan Inovasi Produk juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Perencanaan Laba. Sehingga, dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Sidoarjo, diharapkan dapat mampu menerapkan Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen dan mampu menciptakan Inovasi Produk sehingga Efektifitas Perencanaan Laba dapat tercapai.
