Abstract

Las TIC son un medio de expresión y/o comunicación para la transformación. Mediante el uso de procesadores de palabras, editores gráficos, presentaciones multimedia, etc., facilitan el trabajo colaborativo para el procesamiento de la información. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se hace necesario que los docentes tengan formación en el uso de herramientas tecnológicas desde sus primeros pasos, pues resulta beneficioso para él y para sus estudiantes. La enseñanza no es eficaz si el docente no sabe cómo utilizar adecuadamente las TIC. El fortalecimiento tecnológico y pedagógico permite que los maestros vayan más allá del uso de tecnologías solo para realizar tareas administrativas, y las implementen en el desarrollo práctico de las actividades pedagógicas directamente relacionadas con los estudiantes. En este orden de ideas, se pretenden dar a conocer resultados obtenidos a través de encuestas y entrevistas semiestructuradas que fueron aplicadas en diferentes instituciones educativas a sus diferentes miembros.
