Abstract
Une augmentation des cas d'hépatite aiguë grave d'étiologie inconnue a été signalée pour la première fois au Royaume-Uni en avril 2022.À la suite de ce signalement, l'Agence de la santé publique du Canada a communiqué avec trois centres de greffes de foie chez les enfants dans l'ensemble du Canada afin de déterminer s'il y a une augmentation de ces greffes.Les données n'ont présenté aucune augmentation observable du nombre de greffes effectuées en 2022.Ces données, de concert avec une enquête fédérale, provinciale et territoriale, ont permis de mieux comprendre la situation au Canada.
