StreSzczenieNaturalne komórki limfoidalne należą do komórek wrodzonego układu immunologicznego.Ich główną rolą jest regulacja odpowiedzi immunologicznej na infekcyjne i nieinfekcyjne bodźce prozapalne.Odgrywają kluczową rolę w etiologii przewlekłego nieżytu błony śluzowej nosa i zatok przynosowych (PZZP) dzięki zdolności do szybkiego reagowania i kształtowania mikrośrodowiska cytokinowego.Rozwój PZZP u dzieci ukazuje interakcję między dysbiozą i odpowiedzią zapalną błon śluzowych układu oddechowego.Słowa kluczowe naturalne komórki limfoidalne, przewlekłe zapalenie błony śluzowej, dysbioza, dzieci.abStract Natural lymphoid cells belong to the cells of the innate immune system.Their main role is to regulate the immune response to infectious and non-infectious inflammatory stimuli.They play a key role in the etiology of chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) due to their ability to react quickly and shape the cytokine microenvironment.The development of CRS in children demonstrates the interaction between dysbiosis and the inflammatory response of the respiratory mucosa.
