Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The Clean Energy for all Europeans Package and the subsequent national implementation created the possibility of establishing energy communities in Austria in July 2021. Although the main purpose of energy communities in Austria is not the financial gain (but rather ecological and social benefits), economic benefits may be achieved for the members. Due to limited financial means of a large percentage of the population, financial benefits are seen as an important factor, amongst others, to participate in energy communities and to reach broad diffusion of the concept. These financial benefits for community members are expected to increase when CO2payments on fossil heating and vehicle fuels come into place. Within this work, an optimization model is developed with the objective of reducing energy-related costs for the entire energy community. Energy cost savings for different CO2prices for the first energy community established in a social housing quarter in Vienna are determined.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
