Abstract
This historiographic research recovers the circumstances of boxing in the period of the XX Olympiad. Documentary and oral sources were used, the research techniques were documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews to recover, contrast and analyze the information obtained from institutional, newspaper and personal archives. Boxing was a sport that lacked material and economic resources. Despite the instability in the presidency of the Spanish Boxing Federation, the National Amateur Boxing League, and the International Boxing Tournament Boxam-1976, a reference until today, were created. In addition, it participated in the I World Amateur Boxing Championship. This had an influence on Olympic boxing since the National Team boxers preferred to professionalize to increase their income and the team suffered the loss of the most veteran fighters. Thus, although the national team had an extensive preparation, it did not win any medals in the Montreal-1976 Games.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
