Abstract
Menara siger sebagai monumen yang menjadi kebanggaan masyarakat Lampung, sebagai perwujudan dari mahkota pengantin perempuan dari adat Lampung. Arsitek Menara siger adalah Ir.Hi. Anshori Djausal M.T. (putra Lampung). Untuk lokasi menara siger sendiri berada di Kecamatan Bakauheni Kabupaten Lampung Selatan yang lokasinya di area penyeberangan antara Pulau Jawa dan Sumatera atau penyeberangan (ASDP) bakauheni. Dari beberapa isu / berita mengenai perencanaan area pariwisata berbasis internasional di area bakauheni dengan sebutan bakauheni harbour city, tahap awal direncanakan pengembangan area menara siger menjadi area pendidikan, kebudayaan dan pengenalan kepada wisatawan. Dari alasan tersebut laporan ini menjelaskan beberapa ide yang ingin penulis angkat sebagai tugas akhir dalam mendapatkan gelar setara S1 fakultas teknik dengan meredesain/mengembangkan kawasan pariwisata menara siger menjadi area pengenalan, pendidikan, kesenian, kebudayaan dan keberagaman yang dimiliki oleh Provinsi Lampung dengan tetap mempertahankan menara siger menjadi inti dari area tersebut.
