Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana alumni guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Kementerian Agama, Kota Prabumulih, dan Kabupaten Muara Enim menerapkan keterampilan dan meningkatkan kinerjanya di bidang kerja pembelajaran tematik. Survei evaluatif adalah pendekatan yang diambil dalam penelitian ini. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan di wilayah kerja tematik guru madrasah ibtidaiyah berasal dari kantor kementerian Kota Prabumulih, Kabupaten Muara Enim. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan kompetensi sangat relevan, telah memenuhi harapan, dan sejalan dengan tanggung jawab dan tugas pokok guru di madrasah ibtidaiyah, dengan 26 responden menyatakan sangat bagus dan 18 responden menyatakan baik. 11 responden menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan yang sangat bagus dan 23 responden menunjukkan bagus. 10 responden menilai sikap kerja mereka setelah kembali bekerja sangat bagus, sedangkan 34 responden menilai bagus. peningkatan kuantitas kerja setelah kembali bekerja; 8 responden menilai sangat bagus, dan 36 menilai bagus. meningkatkan kualitas pekerjaannya setelah kembali bekerja; 7 responden menilai sangat bagus, dan 37 menilai bagus.
