Abstract
A finalidade principal desta pesquisa é identificar a estrutura físicas e profissionais de um hotel de pequeno porte, e com o uso do BPM, sigla Behavioral Perspective Model (Modelo na Perspectiva Comportamental), identificar e analisar os reforços utilitários e informativos que influenciam o comportamento do consumidor do Hotel Goiás, um hotel de pequeno porte na cidade de Caldas Novas-GO, que atua em média a 30 anos na cidade. A coleta de dados foi aplicada aos hóspedes desse hotel por meio de um questionário que ali estavam no período de 08 de novembro de 2022 a 29 de novembro de 2022. Foi observado que os hóspedes que ali frequentam o fazem pela própria escolha ou pela empresa o qual trabalham, pois optam por uma hospedagem mais simples com preço acessível e que oferece conforto limpeza e café da manhã.
