Abstract

Turizm işletmeleri mal ve hizmet sunmanın yanı sıra tüketicilere benzersiz deneyimler yaşatmayı amaçlamakta, bu nedenle deneyimsel değer yaklaşımına yönelmektedirler. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın amacı, deneyimsel değerin müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranışsal niyet üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla 2020-2021 yılları arasında Kapadokya Bölgesi'ndeki kaya otellerde (kaya oyma oteller) konaklayan 389 turistin demografik özellikleri, deneyimsel değer algıları, memnuniyet ve davranışsal niyetleri bir anket formu ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre deneyimsel değerin davranışsal niyet ve müşteri memnuniyeti üzerinde olumlu bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir Ayrıca deneyimsel değerin davranışsal niyet üzerindeki etkisinde müşteri memnuniyetinin aracı rolü olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile hem ilgili literatüre hem de ilgili uygulayıcılara yol gösterici bilgiler sağlaması beklenmektedir.
