Abstract
CMAJ has been made aware of an error that occurred in the June 5, 2023, issue.[1][1] In Figure 4, the < symbol was used instead of the > symbol in the “Reverse anticoagulants” box. The correct text is “For INR > 5.0, administer 3000 IU PCC.” This has been corrected at cmaj.ca. 1. [↵][2
