ADEQUADORES POSTURAIS DE BAIXO CUSTO COMO FACILITADOR DO BÍPEDE EM LACTENTES QUE FORAM INFECTADOS PELO ZIKA VIRUS

Abstract
OBJETIVO: Caracterizar a amostra de lactentes que tiveram transmissão vertical pelo Zika Vírus na idade de 12 meses quanto ao desenvolvimento motor e sensorial e avaliar como o adequador postural de papelão pode impactar na estimulação do bípede. MÉTODO: Trata-se de um estudo longitudinal do tipo prospectivo e descritivo realizado nas seguintes etapas: a) avaliação do desenvolvimento motor e sensorial, b) retirada de medidas corporais para confecção dos adequadores, c) entrega e orientação de uso dos mesmos, d) reavaliação após 60 dias de serem utilizados, simultaneamente com aplicação de questionário para verificar o grau de satisfação do adequador pelo cuidador. RESULTADOS: Os resultados demonstraram que; as crianças avaliadas pela escala Alberta Infant Motor Scale, apresentaram um melhor desempenho quando posicionadas em prono em relação as demais posições, das 10 crianças avaliadas, 7 apresentaram uma pontuação entre 5 e 10 na posição prono; foi avaliado também o perfil sensorial onde, 8 crianças apresentam alterações de baixa energia e do filtro auditivo. CONCLUSÃO: Concluímos que os adequadores são eficazes para ajudar no ganho da postura sentada, permitindo um melhor desenvolvimento motor e cognitivo da criança.
