Simulation Study of Parameter Sensitivity for High Frequency Eddy Current Measurement
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The process of detecting metal materials can be affected by factors such as the size of the eddy current probe and the magnitude of the current. High frequency eddy current sensors have been widely used in the detection of material internal flaws because of their advantages, such as a non-contact structure and relative speed. However, the process of detecting metal materials can be affected by factors such as these. This study analyzes the influence of measurement parameters such as the inner and outer radius and height of the coil, the number of coils and layers of the high-frequency eddy current structure on the measurement results through a combination of finite element simulation and experimental verification. Additionally, this study quantifies and discusses various factors affecting the measurement accuracy, and it proposes an optimization method for the high frequency eddy current structure. The purpose of this study is to address the issue of measurement accuracy.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
