Abstract
À la chute de la dynastie des Song du Nord 北宋 (960 - 1127), la population fuit la capitale Kaifeng 開封. Contraint lui-aussi à un exil forcé, Meng Yuanlao 孟元老 décrira dans son Dongjing menghua lu 東京夢華錄 (La chronique de la splendeur rêvée de la Capitale orientale) les détails de la vie urbaine de Kaifeng dont la beauté et la prospérité sont devenues un rêve nostalgique. Se basant sur ce texte, nous présentons l’organisation urbaine de Kaifeng à la fin du XIe et au début du XIIe siècle avant de nous intéresser aux différents lieux de la ville proposant une grande variété d’alcools.
