Après l’arrêt de l’industrie des croisières provoqué par la pandémie, on assiste à une reprise significative des croisières internationales sur le fleuve Saint-Laurent. Le retour des croisières internationales s’inscrit dans un écosystème d’affaires où chacune des escales du fleuve Saint-Laurent possède un niveau de développement qui lui est propre, dans un cadre législatif et réglementaire complexe (législation internationale canadienne, québécoise, municipales) et dans un environnement composé de plusieurs acteurs. Ainsi, l’objectif de cet article vise à comprendre l’écosystème d’affaires des croisières internationales pour le marché du Saint-Laurent et d’identifier les organisations ayant les capacités décisionnelles en matière de croisières internationales.
