Abstract
With the rapid development of modern society, society has become increasingly open and inclusive, and people's values and ideological and moral pursuits have also continuously developed, becoming more diverse and progressive. As an important force for the future social development of our country, effective ideological and political education for college students is beneficial for the healthy development of the country in the future. As a noble moral character and professional spirit, innovating the ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of craftsmanship spirit and promoting its innovative reform is of great practical significance for cultivating a high-quality talent team. This article mainly introduces the important value of integrating the spirit of craftsmanship into ideological and political education for college students, and focuses on exploring the integration paths and strategies of craftsmanship spirit, in order to provide reference for relevant educators.
