Abstract
Cet essai présente un bref aperçu des problèmes auxquels sont confrontés les peuples indigènes pour garantir leurs droits au Brésil. D'un point de vue temporel, on peut constater que les peuples indigènes ont souffert de difficultés dans la réalisation de leurs droits fondamentaux pendant des décennies, une situation qui a été considérablement aggravée par la pandémie actuelle. Il est entendu que la récupération de cette histoire de violations, ainsi que l'histoire de la mobilisation autour de leurs droits, est fondamentale pour comprendre les dimensions des impacts actuels.
