Catalogage, interfaces client, stockage de données, entrepôts, logistique, l’entreprise accentue l’écart entre les quartiers de l’économie de la connaissance où elle installe son cloud et les friches postindustrielles où une population déqualifiée sert ses entrepôts. Récemment installée à Washington et acteur-clé des clivages sociaux américains, Amazon ne contribue pas à les réduire.
