Abstract
Alors que les défis environnementaux et sociétaux contemporains imposent aux territoires de concevoir et mettre en oeuvre de nouvelles approches de planification spatiale, plus intégrées, pragmatiques et participatives en vue de renforcer leurs capacités de résilience, l’enjeu majeur réside dans l’adoption de modes de gouvernance locale adaptés à leur situation spécifique. En particulier, la mobilisation d’innovations de tous ordres, notamment institutionnelles, apparaît décisive pour gérer les multiples sources de vulnérabilités et risques qui affectent les territoires et leurs populations, et, in fine, leur potentiel de développement.
