Abstract
Les « cadres » du travail psychanalytique ont évolué, du fait de contraintes externes (sociales, politiques) et internes (représentations des effets et des processus de changement dans le travail de soin psychique). On peut néanmoins rester psychanalyste dans ces dispositifs pluriels : la psychanalyse ne se résume pas à sa praxis. On peut soutenir ainsi l’équivalence entre les termes « psychanalyse » et « psychothérapie psychanalytique » : la « psychothérapie psychanalytique » est le nom de la psychanalyse ajustée à la réalité – clinique et sociale – des patients. Quel que soit le dispositif (cure-type ou autre), les fondements de la position clinique psychanalytique sont identiques. La position psychanalytique est par ailleurs toujours ouverte et correspond à une position fondamentalement « transdisciplinaire ». Une telle position est centrée sur l’essentiel de la relation soignante, qui ne doit pas être confondu avec ses artifices et qui transcende les conditions spécifiques des dispositifs singuliers. L’approche transdisciplinaire, dans le soin psychique, suppose un « partage » de la fonction soignante. La parentalité est un paradigme de la transdisciplinarité, et la parentalité est toujours une « parentalité soignante », car elle consiste à prendre soin de l’enfant ou des aspects infantiles des sujets dont on s’occupe. Elle est ainsi un « invariant transdisciplinaire ». La position psychanalytique est, enfin, une position politique. La psychanalyse a une fonction politique ; elle est garante de la prise en compte de la subjectivité. Le psychanalyste doit tenir compte des réalités du corps comme des réalités sociales, notamment politiques. Les ajustements de la pratique psychanalytique sont souvent une réponse aux contraintes politiques et représentent eux-mêmes un acte politique.
