Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The work was carried out on the basis of a breeding plant in the Moscow region. 56 daughters of 5 breeding bulls imported from Canada were selected for the study. Cows completed the 1st lactation in 2016-2017. The indicators of milk productivity, reproductive qualities of animals during the entire time of use were studied. In the summer-autumn period, cellular immunity factors and phagocytic activity were determined in the blood. The aim was to study the influence of Canadian breeding bulls on the natural resistance, milk productivity and reproductive qualities of their daughters in the conditions of domestic production. The calculated correlations between the indicators of segmented neutrophils and lymphocytes can serve as a basis for judging the external and internal effects on the body of cows during lactation. It was found that the correlation between segmented neutrophils and lymphocytes was quite low in the 1st and 3rd lactation. At the same time, milk yields during these lactation were the highest (8030 kg) and (8432 kg) compared to the 2nd and 4th. At the same time, in the 2nd and 4th lactation of the correlation, segmented neutrophils/lymphocytes had values of -0.561 (P≤0.05) and -0.87 (P≤0.001). The number of significant correlations in the 1st lactation was the largest and amounted to 4, in the 2nd — 2, in the 3rd there were no significant correlations, and in the 4th their number was 3. Stable correlations from lactation to lactation were not established. The data obtained indicate a tangible impact of adaptation factors during the 1st lactation of cows - daughters of bulls imported from Canada, further partial adaptation and sufficiently high adaptive abilities to the 4th lactation. The study of correlation values between cellular immunity factors of the daughters of bulls imported from Canada, in dynamics, can contribute to immunoprophylactic measures to prevent a general imbalance in the body of animals during lactation, as well as to maintain their health and increase production use.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
