Abstract
O presente estudo de caso discorre sobre a situação terapêutica de um casal que apresenta como sintomatologia a dependência química, atualmente controlada, do jovem esposo. O casal tratado em psicoterapia de casal há mais de um ano, está sendo atendido pelas autoras do artigo em formato de co-terapia. Foi realizado estudo bibliográfico sobre dependência química, bem como consulta e análise dos prontuários do casal, relacionando pontos relevantes destes com o processo.
