Abstract
Aujourd’hui retraité de l’Université d’Ottawa, le professeur Walter Moser a longtemps étudié la question du transfert des idées, des concepts et des artéfacts culturels. Ses multiples objets d’étude vont des mouvements artistiques comme le baroque aux produits d’usage quotidien comme le café. L’ouvrage collectif qu’il codirige avec deux anciens coordonnateurs des activités de la Chaire de recherche du Canada en transferts littéraires et culturels, Pascal Gin et Nicolas Goyer, est un des aboutissements aux travaux de la Chaire qu’il dirigeait.
