Objective: -HBc positive blood donors, compared to minipool nucleic acid testing (MP-NAT). Methods: -HBc positive samples underwent individual donor nucleic acid testing (ID-NAT). Any HBV DNA positive samples detected by ID-NAT were subsequently confirmed using alternative nucleic acid testing methods. Results: -HBc-positive/MP HBV DNA-negative samples, revealing a HBV DNA positivity rate of 1.22% (2/164). Conclusion: -HBs to prevent HBV infection.
