Abstract
Constitutional Crossroads is a collaborative efort under the banner of the Courts and Politics Research Group (CPRG).Founded and administered by this book's editors, CPRG is a community of political scientists that study law and politics in Southern Ontario.It currently has over twenty members at ten universities.Tis book is the third of such collaborations.We would like to thank the contributors to this volume for their excellent work and for their commitment to bringing a substantial volume together quickly.We are grateful to Randy Schmidt and the editorial team at UBC Press for guiding the book through the editorial process.Both Kate and Emmett have worked with Randy previously and it was a pleasure to do so again.Many thanks to Katrina Petrik for her
