Improving Temperature Stability of Dickson Charge Pump Rectifiers for Battery-Free Wireless Sensing Applications
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Temperature stability is critical for microwave circuits and systems that experience significant temperature variations throughout the year in the real world. This work proposes a multi-stage Dickson charge pump (DCP) rectifier with improved temperature stability. A suitable Schottky diode, SMS7621, is identified for rectifier design with the help of theoretical analysis. The mismatch between diode junction resistance and load resistance resulting in rectification performance degradation related to temperature change is highlighted. Experimental results confirm that this proposed DCP rectifier can offer a stable dc output voltage higher than 3.2 V when the radiofrequency input is −8 dBm in a wide temperature range of −40 ºC to +60 ºC, which is good for energizing a commercial wireless sensor platform as shown in the experimental demonstration.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
