Abstract
La educación es considerada como un servicio intangible; por ello, es importante desarrollar todos los mecanismos esenciales para que esta pueda ser acreditada internacionalmente, eliminando las barreras que se presentan por medio de acuerdos internacionales al momento de exportarla. Para la elaboración de la presente investigación se pretendió determinar la importancia de la transnacionalización de los servicios educativos como un bien intangible en el mundo del comercio internacional. En lo tocante a la metodología, se empleó un procedimiento cuantitativo y cualitativo; así mismo, una investigación bibliográfica, descriptiva y explicativa por medio de fuentes secundarias como artículos, revistas e informes. Por consiguiente, la educación debe basarse en mejorar la calidad para llegar a ser competitiva; es por ello que se necesita la ayuda del Estado como entidad que se encargue de establecer la política comercial con la regulación de los precios, de modo que se dé prioridad a los estudiantes, antes que al precio, eliminado los obstáculos de una educación que se pueda realizar nacional o internacionalmente
