Abstract
A gestão da qualidade é um conjunto de processos que busca garantir a excelência dos produtos e serviços de uma organização, atendendo às expectativas e necessidades dos clientes.Dessa forma, o presente estudo tem o objetivo de apresentar a aplicação do Ciclo PDCA para a melhoria da qualidade do processo de produção de latas de alumínio em uma indústria no Brasil.Como metodologia, utilizou-se a revisão bibliográfica para o embasamento do estudo, bem como o método PDCA para a identificação e aplicação das ferramentas de gestão da qualidade.A aplicação da ferramenta proporcionou a melhoria de cerca de 80% dos problemas de não conformidade nos produtos da fabricados.
