Sobre as formas de sentir o vento ou ficções criativas: notas sobre relações entre vigilantes, casarões e seres intangíveis em São Luís

Abstract
Este ensaio etnográfico tem como ponto de partida minha pesquisa de doutoramento situada no Centro Histórico de São Luís (Maranhão) - cidade intitulada Patrimônio Mundial da Humanidade pela Organização das Nações Unidas para Educação, Ciências e Cultura (UNESCO). Desde 2017 tenho me dedicado a pensar relações sociais entre os casarões históricos e agências espirituais diversamente nomeadas pelas pessoas (espíritos, fantasmas, assombrações, visagens). Com base em pesquisa etnográfica junto aos profissionais da vigilância, pude ter acesso a experiências cotidianas que se manifestam de diferentes formas – vozes, aparições, cheiros, temperaturas, entre outras formas de afetação. Neste ensaio, reflito sobre uma sutil forma de manifestação das visagens, os ventos que costumeiramente agem sobre espaços, objetos e pessoas em que aponto dois caminhos analíticos – o primeiro refere-se a um reconhecimento tátil/corpóreo de ventos que são manifestações de visagens; o segundo inspira a criação de um “repertório sensorial” a partir do encontro entre pessoas e visagens. Como um exercício etnográfico de desnaturalização dos ventos, proponho uma aproximação entre as ideias de habitar ou criatividade para pensar em processos narrativos e explicativos sobre as experiências vividas por meus interlocutores nos casarões de São Luís.
