Abstract
Pemanfaatan rempah-rempah dapur untuk imunitas tubuh menjadikan kami untuk membuat wedang uwuh sebagai bentuk pengabdian dan upaya pencegaahan Covid-19. Wedang uwuh merupakan minuman yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan alami seperti rimpang jahe emprit yang dimemarkan, daun pala kering, daun cengkeh kering, daun kayu manis kering dan gula jawa yang kemudian diseduh dengan air mendidih. metode pelaksanaan Kegiatan PPM ini dilakukan secara langsung terjun ke lapangan bertemu dengan warga yang berada di Padukuhan Gandok yang berada di wilayah Dusun Gandok RT 4, 5, 6, dan 7. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi sosialisasi terkait manfaat wedang uwuh untuk pencegahan Covid-19 dengan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh kepada setiap keluarga di RT tersebut. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya melibatkan ketua dan anggota dari acara ini melainkan para pemangku kebijakan di wilayah tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini diadakan adalah untuk memanfaatkan wedang uwuh untuk pencegahan Covid-19 sebagai salah satu pencegahan Covid-19 adalah dengan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Pelaksana kegiatan berharap semoga dengan metode seperti ini bisa menginspirasi banyak pihak sehingga dapat tercipta semangat gotong royong untuk bisa mewujudkan kondisi wilayah yang aman dan sehat. Kesimpulan masyarakat diharapkan mulai menyadari akan manfaat wedang uwuh untuk pencegahan Covid-19 dengan meningkatkan imunitas tubuh.
