Abstract
Imunisasi dasar polio diberikan 4 kali (Polio I, II, III, dan IV) dengan interval tidak kurang dari 4 minggu. Vaksin ini diberikan sebanyak 2 tetes (0,1 ml) langsung ke mulut anak atau dengan menggunakan penetesan (dropper) yang baru (Proverawati dkk, 2010). Pemberian jangka pendek vaksin masih bersifat aman, namun dalam jangka panjang bisa berbahaya juga untuk tubuh, sehingga diberikan vaksin kedua, ketiga dan seterusnya dengan maksud untuk memperpanjang khasiat vaksin yang diberikan sebelumnya dan berguna untuk menghilangkan efek samping dari vaksin sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan Kepatuhan Imunisasi Polio pada Anak Usia 1 Tahun di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Juli II Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling dengan jumlah responden 83 ibu yang memiliki anak usia 1 tahun yang ada di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jeunib. Teknik analisa data univariat dan dan data bivariat menggunakan uji chi-squaer. Hasil uji statistik chi-squaer antara Hubungan Dukungan Tenaga Kesehatan dengan Kepatuhan Imunisasi Polio didapatkan nilai p (0,000) < α (0,05), maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan imunisasi polio pada anak usia 1 tahun di Puskesmas Juli II Kabupaten Bireuen Tahun 2023. Diharapkan kepada responden untuk lebih aktif mencari informasi tentang imunisasi khusus nya imunisasi polio. This study aims to determine the relationship between the support of health workers and Compliance with Polio Immunization in Children Aged 1 Year in the Working Area of the Juli II Health Center in Bireuen Regency. This research is a type of analytical research with a cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used the Cluster Sampling technique with a total of 83 respondents who had children aged 1 year in the Work Area of the Jeunib Health Center. Univariate data analysis techniques and bivariate data using the chi-squaer test. The results of the chi-squaer statistical test between the relationship between health worker support and polio immunization compliance obtained p value (0.000) <α (0.05), then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected and it could be concluded that there was a significant relationship between health worker support and immunization adherence. polio in children aged 1 year at the July II Health Center in Bireuen Regency in 2023.
