Abstract
Latar Belakang : Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Puskesmas Simeulue Timur, keluarga yang telah menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat tahun 2013 sebesar 57.35%. Dan dari wawancara kepada 10 Kepala Keluarga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simeulue Timur diketahui bahwa pengetahuan keluarga masih rendah tentang PHBS pada rumah tangga, dan masih bersikap kurang baik dalam berperilaku sehat dalam rumah tangga. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap keluarga tentang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) dengan Penerapan PHBS pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simeulue Timur. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Simeulue Timur yang berjumlah 1457 orang dan yang jadi besarnya sampel yang diambil adalah 94 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 28-30 Juni 2016. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Chi-Square. Hasil Penelitian: dari hasil penelitian diketahui ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan Penerapan PHBS pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simeulue Timur dengan p value 0,000. ada hubungan antara sikap dengan Penerapan PHBS pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simeulue Timur dengan p value 0,049. Kesimpulan: ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan Penerapan PHBS pada Tatanan Rumah Tangga di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Simeulue Timur. agar lebih mengenalkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat kepada masyarakat berupa penyuluhan baik individu maupun keluarga, terutama kepada ibu rumah tangga, agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat.Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, PHBSBackground: Based on data obtained from the East Simeulue Health Center, 57.35% of families who have implemented clean and healthy living behaviors in 2013. Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between family knowledge and attitudes about Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) and the Implementation of PHBS in Households in the Working Area of the East Simeulue Health Center. Research Method: This research is a quantitative research using analytic with cross sectional design. The population of this study was all the people in the working area of the Simeulue Timur Health Center, totaling 1457 people and so the size of the sample taken was 94 people. This research was conducted on 28-30 June 2016. Data analysis used Chi-Square analysis. Research results: from the research results it is known that there is a relationship between knowledge and the implementation of PHBS in household arrangements in the Simeulue Timur Health Center Work Area with a p value of 0.000. there is a relationship between attitudes and the implementation of PHBS in household arrangements in the Simeulue Timur Health Center Work Area with a p value of 0.049. Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes with the Implementation of PHBS in Households in the Simeulue Timur Health Center Work Area. to better introduce clean and healthy living behaviors to the community in the form of counseling both individuals and families, especially to housewives, in order to increase public knowledge.Keywords : Knowledge, Attitude, PHBS
