Factores institucionales y personales relacionados al desempeño laboral del personal de salud en Area COVID del Hospital San Isidro Labrador-ESSALUD 2021

Abstract
Objetivos: Establecer la relación entre los factores personales e institucionales con el desempeño laboral del personal de salud, que labora en el área COVID del Hospital II, San Isidro Labrador de Essalud durante el primer trimestre del 2021. Material y Métodos: Estudio analítico, transversal, prospectivo, observacional y correlacional, en 137 profesionales de Salud del Área COVID del Hospital II San Isidro Labrador, seleccionados por muestreo aleatorio estratificado, encuestados de manera virtual, con encuesta validada por juicio de expertos, estadística descriptiva realizada en Microsoft Excel 2021 y estadística analítica realizada en SPSS v. 25. Resultados: El desempeño laboral más frecuente fue Optimo (83.2%). Los Factores institucionales relacionados al desempeño laboral óptimo fueron: Plan de capacitación 95%, asistencia a las capacitaciones y mejora del desempeño, así como Dotación de personal suficiente para la demanda de pacientes con un 73.7%. En cuanto a los Factores personales sexo femenino (89.5%) y estado civil soltero (43%), así como sintomatología asociada a COVID-19 el usar medicación habitual, poseer una prueba molecular positiva, tener familiares dependientes y con factores de riesgo, igualmente la profesión, la situación laboral y el tiempo de servicio en la Institución tienen relación con un (p<0.05). Conclusión: Se concluye que de los 137 profesionales evaluados el 83.2% tenía un desempeño laboral Optimo, encontrando al sexo, estado civil, sintomatología asociada, prueba molecular positiva, dotación de personal, profesión, régimen laboral y tiempo de servicio como factores personales relacionados, así como al plan de capacitación y dotación de personal como factores institucionales con relación significativa con un p<0.05.
