Abstract
Resumo Este artigo trata dos impactos que a nova forma de organização do processo de produção, com utilização das novas tecnologias, tem sobre o tempo de trabalho, particularmente os impactos no tempo de trabalho dos trabalhadores em plataformas digitais. Para tanto, discorre rapidamente sobre as antigas formas de organização do processo de produção e analisa a composição do tempo do trabalhador. Em seguida, analisa os impactos que a nova gestão da força de trabalho com o controle algorítmico e a gameficação tem sobre as três dimensões do tempo de trabalho: extensão, intensidade e distribuição. O estudo conclui que as novas técnicas de gestão têm forte impacto sobre as três dimensões do tempo de trabalho: aumentam a extensão do tempo de trabalho, intensificam o ritmo e alteram a distribuição, tornando a força de trabalho disponível durante sete dias na semana e 24 horas por dia.
