Abstract
The boundaries of the relationship between technology and society become increasingly diffuse, borderline and porous.Society and technoscience nourish each other in a spiral that implies their mutual complexity, to the point that digital technologies are already modifying the relationship between people and peoples.At the same time, this relationship is not neutral, since technoscientific knowledge, especially much of it coming from universities, has been at the service of the corporate exploitation of territories and the human and non-human beings that inhabit them, rather than their well-being and health (Folguera, 2020).However, there are other possible paths.For example, free culture and open science, based on solidarity at the technological and scientific level, are essential to close gaps and exclusions, especially in scenarios of social, political and environmental crisis, among many others (Reina-Rozo and Medina-Cardona, 2021).
