Abstract
This article deals with analysis of national judicial system formation, highlighting of the basic tendencies of regional systems of justice formation and development in the last quarter of 18 the first half of 19 centuries. Quantity, type of jurisdiction of class legal institutions are assessed here. Status and peculiarities of junior state organizations and junior bodies of corporate self-management functioning are compared. Dependence of consolidation processes of justice advantages, standardization of judicial system in Russian empire apart wide application of class and class-ethic representations in official establishments are considered.
